An inVitamin (dba beMndful) authorized seller is a person or entity expressly authorized by inVitamin (dba beMndful) to sell inVitamin (dba beMndful) products in the manner set forth in inVitamin’s agreements, policies, or procedures. Because inVitamin (dba beMndful) is unable to control the quality of its products sold by unauthorized sellers, this Satisfaction Guarantee is not available for products purchased from unauthorized sellers and does not extend or apply to anyone else except the original purchaser.
